We have lived in 15 homes and had renovation carried out in Canada, USA and England.  We have never experienced a renovation with such attention to detail from the planning to the final execution.  In replacing the hardwood floor it was discovered that the various layers were glued to each other and then to the cement floor.  The old floor had to be removed and was very labour intensive which I am sure impacted your schedule. 

We never received a complaint or a scowl from anyone because of the delay and considerable work required.  The additional cost incurred was very fair.  As late as the last walk through you had the painters correcting some imperfections that my wife and I could not see.

Your attitude, insistence on excellence and “can do” is reflected in everyone with whom we interfaced.  It was a pleasure working with the Team, as well as the trades and would be remiss if we did not give a special thank you to your design recommendations.

Both my husband and I would like to thank-you and your fabulous team for their hard work.  Your trades are all very professional, dedicated, and incredibly polite, always trying to complete any task or requests by nightfall.  My weekly meetings also significantly assisted in communication to get all details completed.  The trades should all be commended as they worked hard, professionally and respectfully in my home.  The nightly clean up made the mess bearable. I had complete confidence in the is project from start to finish. We look forward to completing our cabana next year!

Thanks for the follow up, we are really pleased with the way the basement project turned out - your team took a potentially condemned space, converted it from a liability to an asset.  We love the modern recreation area and laundry space.  It was a pleasure working day to day with your employees, they are hard working, skilled, and very pleasant.
